1001 Rabbit Tales Production Cel and Background - ID: janwarner9074

An original production cel and background from the Warner Bros. Studios animated film, 1001 Rabbit Tales (1982). Featuring Yosemite Sam wearing a turban and holding a burning book, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel and background do not occur in the same scene however, they both represent actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear at separate times in the film. Measuring 10.5"x14" overall, with the character image measuring 6"x3.5", the piece is in very good condition with minor surface wear on both the cel and background, and paint residue on the cel.
